The MAS team is superb. When we first consulted with them for a full basement remodel, they were responsive and timely. Mike and Joey were transparent about options and pricing from the start. Their skillful and artistic talents were made clear in the design layout that was presented to us. Very smartly done, they allowed us to maximize space and functionality of a once previously cluttered storage space. We now have a beautiful additional floor to our home that includes a bedroom, full bathroom with beautiful modern features, a home gym, and a family room that includes both a TV lounge area and a desk area. Our lounge space is perfect for relaxing, working from home, or for sending the kids to a quiet place to complete their homework. We kept a sizeable storage area and still added 1000 sq. feet to our home.
The MAS team takes pride in their work, and the team members worked hard to assure that all details were taken care of. Joey was our point person. Not only was he incredibly responsive and easy to talk to, but also assisted with design details that helped us create the space of our dreams. In today’s world, materials can be in short supply. Joey made sure we were aware of any delays and even installed temporary bathroom fixtures to make the space functional until the desired ones arrived. As with any large project, there may be obstacles along the way. We were able to effectively communicate any concerns or needs with the team without difficulty. Additionally, they demonstrated flexibility when they based their schedule around our availability and needs.
Additionally, while performing the remodel, the team noticed some issues with our HVAC, and their advice and knowledge saved us some serious future headaches. Throughout the process, it was evident that they team was detail oriented and passionate about their work. Any time we wanted an upgrade, or a way to save, they were responsive and tailored their plan to fit our needs. From custom built-ins to oak stairs, from the permit to the final inspection, they came through.
